Let's be honest here, I didn't come here to start talking smack. I came here talking about the upcoming football game, and had a post about facts about the contest.
Then every Oklahoma State poster started talking about how crappy Lubbock is, how bad Tech's fan base is, and how Tech hasn't won any championships. Even the site administrator said that if Lubbock and Texas Tech fell into a crater no one would shed a tear. Then later he comes back and acts like it's no big deal, he never said anything about harm to humans, I guess he expects the city and the University to fall into a crater but some how everyone was in Amarillo that day. Nice try, but we all know what you meant, don't be a coward now and try to back up from what you said.
All I and another poster did was defend all the negative talk about Texas Tech that was complete unwarranted given my original post regarding the game completely void of any smack talk.
Then we get hit with golf and wrestling championship and city smack on a football thread. Obviously there is some deep rooted insecurities, if you feel the need to start talking golf, wrestling, fan base and city smack when I started a fact based football thread.
I came here to talk football, not smack about academics, golf, wrestling, or cities falling into a crater where miraculously there were no injuries and no one shed a tear.

Those idiots are a lot like the Aggies in their delusions of themselves. Just like in the rivalries forum on TexAgs it's impossible to have a intelligent football conversation over there, and they also think Golf championships matter in a football thread.
I started a thread about the football game, with zero smack, and just like the Texas Aggies the Oklahoma Aggies turn it into an academics, city, gay wrestling and golf smack. Should have known if you try to talk football about the football game coming up on Saturday all Aggies, Texas and Oklahoma are going to start talking about golf or wrestling and which campus is better looking. Fairly typical.
I have to say the site staff on TexAgs is 100 times better than the Orangepower site staff. I know I'll never see WatchOle or Andrew make comments about how Texas Tech and everyone in it could fall in a crater and no one would shed a tear. Sure, fairly typical smack for your everyday Aggie poster, but not appropriate for site staff who are representing their school and website sponsers.

On Tech boards the majority of the talk is about football during football season, not how ugly College Station and Stillwater are, and not how good our womens soccer team is doing. Just a different mentality from Texas and Oklahoma Aggies.
You can't go a day without seeing something about Texas Tech on TexAgs. On Red dominospizzadeliveryboysports and dominospizzadeliveryboypower, if Tech isn't playing the Aggies that week, the Aggies are rarely brought up. Just a difference in mentality between dominospizzadeliveryboys and Aggies.
