specifically the "Cloak Room"

Jesus those guys are pinko faggots.

I read the football and basketball for information...but I typically don't want to be part of a cheer squad, so I don't post much. I prefer to be the contrarian and read the reaction.

The gayness of the politicos there is nausiating.

What the fuck happened to my University?

No, man.

The eighties were cool

We had the "shanty town" on the West Mall for apartheid...that was cool and I enjoyed the adversiity for argumentitive sakes as I consider intellectual debate an important part of the University experieince.

I was a member of the Texas Young Conservatives and was actually the treasurer once for the Texas Young Republicans and worked on the first Bob Dole presidential campaign.

I NEVER encountered anything like the marxist, homo, faux condescending assholes that seem to roam that campus now.

It's just the vocal ones. It was always that way. There are still far more conservatives than liberals there.
Bet you didn't know that Muy was the Shack moderator.

I will grant you that there was no internet postings back in the dark ages.

Maybe that is it.

Yeah. When I was there, we had Young Conservatives of Texas and the College Republicans. I was a member of both at one time or other. CR were a bunch of dorks, so I was only in it for a year.

Welcome to the age of the obamas and the millineials. These can be found on any campus.

I'm sure I've told this story but I'll never forget my senior year I had lost my sports pass so I was standing in line to get a new one. Behind me was a chubby little fish boy. The line was long so I thought I would be polite and strike up a conversation. It was something kind of like this:

Me: Hi, Man I'm excited about this year after winning the big 12 last year. How about you?

Him: Yeah. It should be a good year

Me: Cool, what year are you?

Him: Oh I'm a freshman.

Me: Oh man you will have to sit on the 3rd deck. Dont worry the games are a blast! You're going to love them.

Him: Oh I'm not getting a football pass. My Uncle has season tickets... I'm going to be sitting with him. I'm kind of a non-conformist

Me: (In utter shock) Honey, Dont you think you came to the wrong school for that crap?

Yeah I know not the best way to treat an incoming fish but his attitude was the pits. He was the first of a long line of millineals that are now torturing the professors of our universitys as well as the employers of our country. As usual some touchy feely liberals didn't do what they needed to when raising their children and now it's up to the conservatives to whip them into shape so that the country doesn't fall down around our ears.

and no I dont know what he was in line for, the line was for sports pass and some other things, I just cant recall what.

(okay maybe a little exaggeration regarding the liberals and parenting skills but you get the idea)
