What does it do? I downloaded it and haven't really noticed any difference.

mainly a very sticky home screen (8-10 seconds lag). some are getting full crashes on the entire phone though.

its not affecting everyone but it is a significant portion of the iphone community. a memory leak is being created somewhere at the firmware level and handcuffing the entire phone because there is no memory to work with.

Well, predictably, right after I said that I was on the phone with my girlfriend and the call dropped for no reason, then it was stuck at the call screen, but I could return to the home screen....but the phone part of the phone would not work at all, every time I tapped the phone icon it would just go right back to that call that wasn't actually in progress and wouldn't end it.
Had to restart the phone for it to work.
