put their email address as part of their signature of their emails? If you sent me an email, then I have your email address, no need to tell me what it is in your 1/2 page long signature.

That is all. Thanks for listening.

Maybe burn some crap and shoot at cops.

Sounds like he wants to be bothered at 3AM with inane bullshit. I suggest you test each of those contacts and teach him a lesson.

techsan,

you should give scot the information. he'll have all the dirt you need in less than an hour then we can make a fake email address and tell him if he doesn't edit his signature we're going to fuck with him at work

hmm...the only thing i can think of is if you forward someone's email, their actual email address doesn't show up sometimes in the header part of the forwarded email. so if you're following an email chain and need a prior emailer's address, you can get it from their signature?

now you got me wondering if i had a blonde moment and i have my email in my signature.

its not the extra contact info that annoys me, its double spacing and bolding and changing colors. keep it 12, single spaced, black font and you can easily fit 8 lines or so and it not be obtrusive.

I have my name in bold, and my title italicized. other than that, i think it's all the same font & size.

meant larger fonts instead of bolding. i have someone i have to email all the time about a project, her name is 24 font bold and italics and royal blue. its real hard to take her seriously with the hideous signature.
