I was supposed to go this ski season but shoulder surgery ended that dream. Corbets will have to wait one more year.

i'd put it up against any place in Colorado in a heartbeat.
i've never skiied Tahoe or Whistler, but i imagine JH could hang.

Vail, Breck, Steamboat, Crested Butte, Telluride, Snowmass, Keystone.
i think there are one or two others but those are the main ones.
Crested Butte and Steamboat were my 2 favorites before this trip to JH.

I've skied Tahoe twice, Steamboat once, and Utah (Alta, Snowbird, Park City) twice.
Tahoe is easily the best of the bunch, imo.
Place is straight up dope.
I would like to visit JH, though.

Best as in what? I skied Alta on a 3ft powder day and Park City on about 2 ft of powder. Best skiing weekend I've ever had. I know Tahoe can get some storms but IMO it doesn't get any better than Utah. Hucked a 10ft cornice in Jupiter bowl with a pillow soft landing on a 45* slope.
