Never argue with a moron. They will bring you down to their level and beat your ass with their experience.

what the fuck, 38-33 FINAL.
The funny thing is ESPN had the Big 10 rated ahead of the B12.
Oh and I don't think A&M offensive is bad, it's just likes to take a smoking break for 5 to 7 minutes in crucial games.

big ten wins vs big 12: @mizzou, @texas, okie lite, kstate, iowa st
big 12 wins vs big 10: @wisky, @purdue
big ten non conference wins: florida st, @ucla, duke, va tech, louisville, @miami, @notre dame, butler, bc, davidson
big 12 non conference wins: davidson, uab, syracuse, tenn, cal, @ucla, @nova, zona, lsu, @zona st
i'd say they're pretty even. big ten owns the head to head and have a few bigger name W's but some of those big wins came from the bottom half of their conference whereas the wins for the big 12 came from the top half almost exclusively. i may have missed a few tourney teams but i tried to just get the ones i think have a decent shot at an at large bid. kind of an interesting comparision. if i have time tomorrow, i'll try to compare up the big east and acc too and we can see where they stand compred to these 2 conferences

hell crunch all the numbers, but there ain't a lot of difference between the #20 team in the country and the #50. Just a big ol pot of average

you're pretty much right, polls are just someone's opinion of who the best teams are. luckily in basketball, it get's settled on the court. the only thing that matters and usually remembered is who cuts down the nets in the end. i couldn't tell you who the final four teams were in 2007 or just about any other year except last year cause it's still fresh (and i'd probably miss at least 1 team from that one)

well, that can't be correct because you would basically be saying the bongwhorns are not an elite basketball team. and, they have told us time and again they are.

an offense can suck even if its not being held scoreless for 10 min.
i'd say we've looked decent in our halfcourt 15% of the time this year. not exactly something to hang your hat on.
and yes, the big XII is severely down this year. i would have thought that would help us out, but we haven't exactly capitalized.
still a ton of winnable games on the slate.
