I was busy being the MVP for my Coed Rec flag football team. Jacked bitches up left and right. The only thing I have read was Andy Katz's quick bit about it. We let them go on an 18-3 run? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. How the hell does this damn team go so cold for so long?

from what i read on texags: elonu fouled out on a questionable call, the team fell apart and OU pulled out the W. oh and some fucker claimed A&M was final 4 material if they played the way they were when they had the lead and then staff edited and told them he should ban them for the jinx

Was it that bad of a call? And why would one call not in the final seconds change the outcome of the game?

It was a pretty horrible call. One that would have never been called on Griffin.

i did see the post about the final 4 and had a wtf moment. bball is just not something Ags are very educated about.

Turgeon for some fucking reason thought it was a good idea to keep the ball in Sloan's hands and let him take the shots even though he has never once hit a big shot for us. I understand him wanting to maximize the shot clock with Elonu on the bench, but that is not the way to go about it. Get some off the ball screens and get Carter, Walkup, Roland, or BJ an open shot or a cut going to the basket. Just completely fucking stupid to have Sloan out there dribbling for 30 seconds and taking contested 15-18 footers in those last several possessions.

i don't believe in milking the clock at the end of a game just like i hate prevent in football. go for the knockout blow and run it the fuck up. fuck this call off the dogs and preserve the win bullshit

the best thing he can up with is an iso for sloan.
just really wish he'd do a better job at coaching.
there are plenty of kids capable of knocking down big shots with BJ being the most capable.
