What a horrible, stupid, freak accident. As much as I have been around guns, and as much as I have been drunk around guns, and as much as I have been somewhat careless with guns, I'm amazed I'm still here and don't have any bullet scars on my body.

yea, that's pretty unreal. i've seen the guy post on AO quite a bit but that's about all.

like you said, it's pretty amazing we are all still in one piece after the stupid shit we do. a couple of weeks ago we were hauling ass around a buddy's ranch on 3 & 4 wheelers in the middle of the night after about 12 hours of drinking. at one point i ended up upside down w/ the 3 wheeler on top of me...my AR slung across my back and my .45 on my belt...and a spilled big gulp of jack and coke. fortunately, i'm pretty OCD about not having a round in the chamber of any weapon unless i am about to pull the trigger. situations like that could easily end w/ an unfortuate accident.

You gotta be a damn fool to ride a 3 wheeler while drunk and carrying!!! Fuck those damn things. I ended up with a scab that covered my entire calf and a few good slices from a barbwire fence on one of those.

Crazy. I've done the exact same thing. Have a huge burn scar on my calf from the exhaust pipe landing on my leg and scars on my back from the barbed wire fence.
