funny thing about enron & me: buddy was taking classes at the local community college and they were doing the 2 week (maybe it was a month) stock market pick deal with 2k play money. i helped him pick his stocks and enron and chicos were the 2 we picked. had it been real, he would have made over 8k off those 2 stocks. day it ended was the day the enron news broke.
he won the contest in a landslide btw. cause everyone else picked walmart and shit like that - $100 a share stocks. he was going to too until i explained to him that if you have a hundred shares and it goes up a dollar you only get a hundred, but if you have a thousand you just made a grand. i think it started at $10/share and ended at around 30/share
