i stopped following politics about 15 months ago. now i don't have sufficient evidence to back up claims. although with everything going on and how closely this election is tying in with the economic crisis, i should be paying more attention.

I always wanted her to win the dem nomination. She is marginally worse than McCain(who was always a terrible candidate), but lightyears better than Obama.

As much as I can't stand the Clintons, I have never doubted their allegiance. I am really afraid of some of what Obama is going to try.

As much as I hate the prospect of it, it could be what this country needs is a big mouthful of liberal government for a few years just to remind them what it's like. The problem with that is that with a compliant media cheering them on and the stifling of talk radio thru the Fairness Doctrine, it may be very difficult for Republicans to get the libs out of there before they do some lasting, significant damage.
