Specifically one moderately knowledgeable in the strips and gore doctrine as it applies a city easement that was recently not accepted. And one that is dirt cheap. I'm not sure which qualification is more important. Probably the latter.

No, recently the city officially rejected an used street that was granted to it in the early 1900's. I'm hoping to lay claim to a good section of it. I'm looking to grow and harvest a wide array of crops.

ahh thought there were trying to do something like 'fix a drainage problem' by taking half of your front yard and then accessing you on top of that. they tried that shit on my street last year and lost
