Peterson is of the 'Jaxson Appel' mold, only he tackles worse.

We have too many white guys at 'speed' positions. Way too many.

I sat on the 1st deck, student side, about 6 rows up, and the Miami players look completely different as a whole than ours do.

We need OL help desperately. And we need LB's and secondary players. We specifically need mean defensive players. Like ones that were beaten and locked in closets as children. Pissed at life. Those kind. Ours must have been raised around picnics, and pastel window treatments. Except for Von Miller, Mike Bennnett, and a few others. The rest of them are pansies when compared to their opposing peers. Its quite drastic.

Our offense has the potential to be very good. We have good skill position guys. But theyll continue to struggle until we shore up the OL. The OL is fucking brutal. They were man handled.

I also noticed Jason Fox, Reggie Youngblood, and Ian whatever the F his last name is (OL? from St. Pius) on the UM sidelines. F these guys. F every guy that leaves the state to go play outside of Texas. We need to legislate something that taxes the dog fuck out of the parents of kids who leave Texas to play football. unless they suck. Seriously, something needs to be done about this. Id like to paint a texas flag on a rolling pin and beat the F out of each of these kids.

This is going to be a long season. Our team is really bad. We have quite a ways to go.

The offensive line problem will get better with experience. Don't forget we're very green there.

What we need more than anything else on defense is speed. And that trait can't be developed, it has to be recruited. Problem there is that we've been slow for a decade now. We talk about it, the coaches talk about it, but in the end we still trot out pretty much the same dog-ass slow team every year. There are only so many really quick, fast players every recruiting year. And they all seem to go somewhere else.

OK who knows the deal with Lane. Did he get even 1 fucking carry. I know we didn't give him the ball on the goalline. fuck he ain't decoying anybody and pretty much half ass blocking. Why suit him up. Fuck it.

i'll be honest...i saw quite a bit out of this staff this game that was VERY encouraging.

we brought the heat on the blitzes and outside of a complete bonehead move by the safety on the cover 2, i think you'd be looking at a different game.

loved us bringing the blitzes and actually making teams make plays to beat us. that aggressiveness was the only way to keep us in this ballgame if anything was.

jerrod johnson is still VERY VERY encouraging to me. some GREAT plays and big play potential. the TOs, outside of the fumble is just part of being a QB. he made some big time plays today and any D would prefer to work against mcgee over JJ.

our LB situation and peterson at safety are just killing us. i've never seen more guys going in for a pillow fight trying to shoot gaps and shed blocks. just really painful to watch.

left the game at the end of the 3rd to go drink.
