So I am finally relenting and trading in my truck

Not a Diesel.
I am going to go ahead and get a fucking car and I am wondering what to get.
I think I am going to get something partially used and sporty, BMW, Audi, Lexus or Mercedes.....any recommendations are welcome.
Obviously this is a gas mileage decision and my need for a truck is slowly fading into my past as I have built my company and have employees that now drive trucks for me.
I wouldn't mind some other asshole taking the first year's equity hit and getting something from last year...but I don't know much about this.
Rox Covert is a friend as are some of the higher ups at Don Hewlitt, but I am looking for something foreign if I am going to do this.
Agent's Denali is bad ass, but the wife/ soon to be ex wife is driving an 06 Taho Z71 and I don't need another SUV....\
I guess I am entering that "buy a corvette and take your secretary on a cruise" stage of life, but I have all of my hair.
How can I look cooler than I am and not get ripped off?

I hear that, I just can't justify 9mpg any more.
this sucks.
that is why I am trying to get myself something nice to make the transition a little easier....but no way in hell I want to take that first year's depreciation myself.
my brother in law just bought a BMW, and the guy that "brokered" the deal for him, some kind of interstate/national sports car broker calls me about once a day, but, I don't want a new one like he wants me to get.

Unless you are paying cash for one, you will get a better interest rate on a purchase or a less. Also, on new cars there is usually some sort of rebate, you will not get one with a used.
Oh yeah, the warranty on used cars is transferable, but most likely will almost be used up (i.e. 3 year 36,000 miles).
Buying a new one might be in your best interested, but that is a decision you have to make.

Get what you want. Don't settle for some shit you don't love.

All of my business is in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio or Houston.
Just getting home from my office sucks...and I refuse to move.
I kept your attitude for as long as I could, but paying for gas in C notes, almost daily, is getting old.

Cruising back from the lake the other night in my Jeep Grand Cherokee I tagged a deer head on. Luckily I didn't die. Had I been in my Z71 that mother fucker would have been plowed.
Fuck gas mileage. I have kids.

Oh the ones ive looked at i like the IS's, TL's and 335's.
I have an SS camaro as a 'weekend' car, and everytime i drive it to work for the day, it makes me thankful to be able to commute in the Tahoe. I just dont know if i could actually pull the trigger and ditch the Truck.

I drive a late nineties ford ranger. It has that rugged, manly feel that is sure to make the panties drop,[/quote.

I would have no problem driving a truck such as that, I just don't know if I need another truck.

The small trucks only get marginally better mileage than the big un's.
I'm trying to hold out for another year, but it looks like for me, if it ain't gettin 30 mpg, I ain't gettin it.
I'm tired of this shit.
