I'm still around, I did most of my posting from work ( 'ceptin the drunk off my ass ones) and I've had to curtail my internet usage due to a recent rash of firings by the powers that be due to internet usage. They be crackin' down. My oldest daughter is now seeing a therapist, as am I , and based on things that she told me that my daughter told her, she is less than impressed with my ex.

My ex told me that the Therapist informed her that my daughter no longer needed to continue the sessions, and my ex then informed me that she would no longer continue to pay for the sessions ( she's responsible for half). I asked the therapist about this and she informed me that what she said was that she felt my daughter did not need to come in on a weekly basis anymore but that she needed to continue to come at least twice a month. She feels that my ex may be afraid of what my daughter is telling her because what has been going on at my exes home is NOT good and my oldest has a LOT of anger towards my ex and the therapist would hold my ex accountable. I will continue taking my daughter when I have her. Basically I'm building my case. Thanks for the concern.

*UPDATE* Hired an Attorney and said Attny has a PI shadowing my ex. My ex also popped my oldest in the mouth again and made her nose bleed, I don't care if my oldest sassed her, I see NO justification for hitting an 8 year old in the mouth, I had warned her about doing this again after the first time it happened.

My daughters therapist has been told about it and intends to ask my daughter about it at her session tomorrow. Needless to say that she was none to happy. My YOUNGEST daughter is actually the one that spilled the beans about the situation, she told me in front of my mother " Daddy, be careful with Cees nose, momma hit her in it the other day and it started bleeding again". I asked my oldest what happened and she said that she had back talked and my ex popped in her the mouth and hit her nose.


Oh, and I ALSO found out that her 25 year old fuckstick has a criminal record.
