I just saw that. The teacher was out of line, she should have to apolgize to the kid and his parents personally and then apologize again in front of the class and then get a two week suspend without pay.

But the fact that the kid wants to file a lawsuit tells me that CAIR is probably behind this. Per CAIR, flying planes into a building and insulting Islam or Muslims are on the same level. You watch, CAIR gets involved in this if they aren't already.
