I stumbled across one last night and bought the thing just for the hell of it.

That motherfucker is 5 times more fun than I thought it would be.

I bowled a 180, popped a bastard in the mouth repeatedly, and fucked up my shoulder playing tennis.

Great drinking game console.

I've heard the "cartoony" , novelty shit gets old real fast. I am by far no gaming nerd, but the Ps3 is a really impressive system. I'm hoping with the blu-ray win, the console gets a bump with respects to the developers. I don't play online as I'm not that deep into game play, but I've heard this is one aspect Sony needs to improve on. I've got the shit connected, but it's basically for downloading demos.

The Wii does not have near the firepower of a PS3. I bought the thing hoping the kids would leave the Sony alone. So far it has worked.

I'll admit, it is fun to knocking the shit out of people in boxing.

Best $249 I've ever spent.

The Wii, while lacking in graphics, is a great console because it's easy for everyone to play. It's an unbelievable party game and you would be surprised at the number of chicks who will come over to your house just to play it.

i'm thinking about getting a ps3 soon but i want to see the online shit first. i don't trust the 360 enough to buy it. $349 for a gamesystem that may or may not crap ou within the next year is too big of a risk to me. i don't give a shit about their warranty either. you spend that much fucking money, the fucking thing better not give you any trouble. 30% fail rate isn't cutting it for something that expensive

Get Drake's Uncharted. Visuals are great and it's a shit-load of fun. Third person as well with smooth gameplay. It's like pitfall on steroids. Plus, the digital chick is cock worthy as a motherfucker.

Did you get the 80 gig? Motorstorm came with mine when I purchased the console. Traded that fucker in pretty fast as it got old after a few times of playing it.

You'll have fun fucking around with 'what else' the system can do.

i got the 40 gig. do i need a modem to hook to the net? i got dsl and don't know if i need to unplug my modem off my computer or if i can just plug the line straight in it

Not sure what you'll need to do with regards to the modem. I'm sure someone here could answer that pretty fast. I'm using the modem Time warner gives you along with my router and wi-fi.
