y'all need some slashers and some shooters bad and the freshmen everyone on texags thinks are going to save the day are a year away and not guaranteed they will be the saviors either
Never argue with a moron. They will bring you down to their level and beat your ass with their experience.

no shit that's why i'm always beating down anyone that says sloan should not be in the game. he's the only one that drives to the basket. he should have been running the show from day one.

He is constantly out of control and turns it over about as often as he creates a shot. Kirk needs to nut up and drive more. He had a couple today that created open shots on the outside.

the sad thing is that for all the 'talent' that texags claims is on the team, they are mostly role players and no one has stepped up and taken over as the leader. they all look like they're waiting on someone to do it but no one wants to take charge. no real go to guy when they need a basket either. these incoming freshmen better live up to the hype from the get go or it could be worse next year. jj and kirk are gone and jordan is probably too. i wouldn't be surprised if davis tested the waters either cause he's the best post player on the team. doubtful he'd go but you never know. jordan gets all the hype for some reason but davis might end up blipping on the draft radar

That is on turg. Her needed to groom someone in to a leader and didn't.

Kirk needs to realize he is not only a defender.

all i can see right now is tulane in the early 90's. they were the media darlings one year and faded back into obscurity. the incoming freshmen are going to have a lot on their plate. that said, the ncaa is about matchups and if A&M gets there and gets the right matchups, they could still make a nice run. unlike football, it's all about how you do in the dance as to what matters. no one really remembers the season or conference champs, they remember the sweet sixteens and final fours forever

We keep playing like this and we wont have to worry about the NCAAs. We have to beat either OU or Baylor.
